I like working with people eventhough sometimes it can be a pain in the neck. Now, since almost 2 months working in my new permanent department, i think im getting the hang of it. Having 16 anak buahs and 1 'exceptional' boss, you really need to know how to juggle all of them at once. They are not only physically different but also emotionally. Ada yang panas baran, ada yang slow, ada yang playful, ada yang tak boleh ditegor, ada yang degil dan macam2 lagi la. So, u really need to know how to tackle them or rather win their hearts. If not they will be very reluctant to cooperate with you. Thats what ive noticed so far.

And you know what, its funny because last time both of my parents wanted me to become a teacher. They always say that one of us (me and my two elder brothers) will eventually follow their steps. And everyone will be looking at me as if im the chosen one. I really wanted to proof them wrong and thats why i tried really hard to run away from their expectations. I dont want to succumb to their wants. Cheh *muka macam bagos* Neways, where was I? A-ha so, thats why im here doing what im doing rite now. Am I happy? I like the closeness feeling that i have with them; my team. Most of them are around my age. So i cannot act like a boss. As if having 1 boss is not enough for them. Cume at times, pening kepala nak layan sorang2 tapi tape itu lah nama die cabaran kan? Every work or job has it own challenges and difficulties. Kalau tak bukan kerja namanya. Betol tak? *smile*

So thats about if for today. At last ive managed to break my long silence from the blogging world. *wink wink*
